Erica K. Drew is a litigator focused on counseling a wide range of businesses and individuals at various stages of dispute resolution. She concentrates her practice in the areas of asbestos, insurance defense, creditor’s rights, products liability, and commercial and corporate litigation.
Erica handles cases throughout the country in both state and federal court, and her experience extends to product liability actions consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. She has filed and defended lawsuits to enforce promissory notes, guaranties and other written contracts, foreclosing mortgages, and acted as local counsel for out-of-state lawyers who need to enforce liens within Indiana.
