Overview
Greg is an experienced trial attorney whose primary concentration is defending employers and businesses in litigation, will and estate contests, and personal injury and casualty defense. He has represented individuals, businesses, and governmental entities at trial and appellate levels of litigation. While he understands that trial may be necessary at times, Greg also helps his clients look for unique and practical solutions to legal disputes both inside and out of the courtroom.
Greg has litigated cases for both small and large companies in disputes with their employees, customers, or other businesses. He has defended companies accused of producing and selling defective products. Greg has also represented individuals in defense of personal injury claims, and in disputes regarding wills, trusts, and estates. While he has experience in a wide range of cases, his focus is in the defense of people and companies in personal injury cases and in corporate disputes.
Finally, Greg is very active in various legal and civic organizations. He is a member of Rotary, a former President of Leadership Evansville, the current President of Brooks Inns of Court, and has been on the board of directors of Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI) since 2011. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Greg has been named one of Evansville’s 20 under 40 for Leadership by the Evansville Business Journal, and has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating achievable for ethics and legal ability.
