Kristina M. Swanson joins Wooden McLaughlin as Senior Counsel and practices in the area of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an adjunct professor at both the UND Law School and IWU while representing Indiana and nationwide companies in products liability, Constitutional law, and general business litigation. Early in her legal career, Kristina practiced as an associate with Morrison & Foerster in San Diego where she performed all aspects of litigation in business matters, representative class actions and multidistrict litigation. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rudi M Brewster in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to her clerkship, she was an associate at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis working in product liability, trade secret, securities, antitrust and employment litigation.
Kristina received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
