Overview
Kristina M. Swanson is Senior Counsel with Wooden McLaughlin and practices in the area of litigation.
Before joining the firm, she served as an adjunct professor at both the University of Notre Dame Law School and Indiana’s largest private university, Indiana Wesleyan. Her Indiana practice has included products liability, Constitutional law, employment law, and general business litigation. Kristina previously practiced with Morrison & Foerster in San Diego where she performed all aspects of litigation in products liability, aviation, business disputes, employment litigation, representative class actions and multidistrict litigation. She also practiced at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis working in product liability, trade secret, securities, antitrust and employment litigation. She gained significant trial experience at Morrison & Foerster and Kirkland & Ellis. Kristina also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rudi M. Brewster in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Kristina received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University with high honors and her law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
